What Got Crossfit Offers
Got Crossfit uses high intensity, functional training to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. Our WODS (workout of the day) utilize short, high intensity workouts combining strength training, cardio and basic gymnastic moves. Not only will these workouts improve your fitness level they will save you time as you can say goodbye to running on a treadmill for 45 minutes and waiting for machines to open up at larger health clubs and gyms.
All of our workouts are scalable so we can accommodate members at any fitness level. Can’t do pull ups – no problem we have bands to assist you, we will help you determine which weight to use for each exercise, we will continue to coach you and improve your form with all of our movements.
Our group class setting offers a fun, supportive and competitive atmosphere. GCF is a group of determined people who come in for 1 hour a day and give everything they have to give. Regardless of what shape the individual is in, how much they scaled the workout or how long they have been a member everyone gives full out effort and strives to improve in all facets of exercise and diet. This environment creates an incredible camaraderie among members that you will not find at other gyms. People inspiring other people in a place where intensity breeds results. The people make the difference and you will not find a greater group of people to work out with than those of GCF.
